Is it subsurface scattering that creates the orangy tint here and there? On her left hand, for example.
Overall, a charming composition.
One little detail bothers me: the modelling of the upper arms looks a little unnatural.

Yes, that's subsurface scattering making the orange hands.
And yes, her arms are funky that way, and it shows up more with this pose. My skin shader is a little too shiny, that doesn't help either.

Right, that's the technician in me looking for things like that. Otherwise all I'd see is that the hands look more convincing in some indefinable way.
