I was going to fav this, but then I remembered that a person fired for making hateful remarks could also be a worker.Β
E.g. A worker from Tinsa (housing-related company) was fired for making a pretty damn sexist comment on Facebook about InΓ©s Arrimadas, current leader of Ciudadanos. Arrimadas complained, in the name of feminism, and the worker ended up fired. The comment, which was pretty sexist and nasty to say (I'm not arguing that) had actually no real influence nor effect in the life of InΓ©s Arrimadas, since she has enough money to hire security personel (if she needs so), and firing that person isn't going to end sexism online. In the end, it's a rich woman causing a worker to loose her job.
"Oh, but she should have thought about it!" That's exactly the same thing a patron would tell his workers after firing them for joining a trade union. Think about it.

Poklonskaya is a very controversial character. On the one hand, everyone likes she outwardly. On the other hand she at one time was worshiped by Nicholas II as a Saint. I did not find her statements, but I am sure that she holds a conservative Orthodox view of LGBT people.
