I really enjoy how you create your cityscape, the choice of color really adds a good sense of liveliness and depth. The roof to the left is well placed in composition, so I always feel my eye directed to the kid and his dog.

The only critique I'd give, if you allow it, is to watch your values; there are instances where they could be changed to improve small details.....an example is how the child's legs seem to blend into the roof.....you could move the dog forward, since his left would be in shadow; this would cause light-against-dark and separate the masses. Otherwise a lovely picture! Keep improving and stay open to new things!
