'this is my planet. get out'i went back to piq after way too many months of inactivity. (like my last piq was in february..)
absolutely nothing has changed and i really hope my entry isnt pushed behind all of the shit entries. (aka the ones that use the fucking blur tool??? like???? thats not even pixel art?? ? ????? rip)
did this mostly with my trackpad because i think my tablet cord is finally putting itself out of misery

YES HAHAH, it's a bit of a pet peeve of mine tbh. I'm not even that much of a pixel purist anymore but anything that uses anti-aliasing is mixed digital media, not purely pixel art jeez

tbh im 90% sure half of the site's population is just 12 year olds trying to get attention- like a majority of the entries that ranked higher than me were shitty puns (not even clever ones) and things that had nothing to do with the topic, and on top of that, most of them had used the blur tool?? ???? ?? im not even sure why the site creator included that damn tool [there's also a gradient tool?? ???!? like w hy]
