It looks really good ! You are so talented . I love the colors too , the water looks awesome , the pose and the expressions are perfect .
Well about the design : yes the wings make sense . But the rest is just the same

Thank you! (: I actually originally wanted to make more changes (added more spikes to the head area, and different patterns to the scales) but I felt like it drew attention away from what I wanted, which was adding the wings.
