Description
ImageBack to July 2007. Very close to beneath the tide [link] . I witnessed an amazing sunset, unfortunately I wasn't in the right place, so didn't make the most of it, however I saw the moon rising to the south and the sunset gave a great colour cast, and I knew this location had some great rock formations. So I didn't leave empty handed.

Love shots like this...some nice light on the wet rock and just the right length of time with the shutter speed.
The composition feels a teeny bit tight around the top where the rock in the mid-ground is very close to the right side of the frame....but at the same time I don't know the location and for all I know there could be more rocks over there so you didn't have a choice.
Small niggle though, the shot has a lovely feel.

Or is it being in the right place at the wrong time, as you always seem to miss out on the shots you originally thought you would take?
Maybe you're just blessed with the ability to improvise beautifully. If I didn't know better, I would've thought you'd waited for this very shot to come to you.
