I've always wanted a sequel to this movie. There might be one, if Jim wasn't doing the busy work of being dead.

Actually from what I discovered The Dark Crystal is going to get a Prequel series instead of a Sequel cause at this point in life their is no possibility of a Dark Crystal sequel that is never going to happen cause they tried multiple times to get a sequel into production but there were number of delays that cause it many problems that were related to budget concerns, script rewrites, story changes etc.
So the best way they are going with is prequel series that is going to be a possible Netflix exclusive maybe idk.

This movie was made of awesome. One of the best moments in my college life was when I attended a revival screening of it with 50+ other students. On the "Of course not, you're a boy" line the whole audience cheered.

This shouldn't be this funny. Oh the trials that every director has to face to wrangle the always misbehaving stars. I guess the muppets are not exempt from this.
