This is really cool but I always thought that parasects evolution line would be more like a balancing act where in the beggining it is mainy bug then the mushroom takes over and is mainly grass and then at its final evolution both its parts work in perfect tandem and they are both balnced out among the body whith the mushroom relinquishing its control on parasects mind but helping parasect with whatever it wants to do and in turn this new evolution helps the mushroom grow and flourish and spread its spores

Well, considering the mushroom on Parasect's back is actually eating it away I highly doubt an evolution would look anything like this. However, an Alternative branch to paras were it abandons the mushroom would make sense. This looks like it could be Paras's natural growth give or take a few minor details. The first detail is its eyes would more closely resemble Paras's because the alternative isn't a zombie like parasect is. The colors on its back and the wings would also be different. Depending if you wanted to go with Cicada inspiration or keep with the ghost moth theme. Over all, I think it looks good.
