Getting excited about Man Of Steel now! This was just a sketch but I quite liked it, think I might throw some colours on it (Please feel free to colour it yourselves!)I enjoyed the clip they released a while back where superman flies through the air kicking the crap out of Zod... this is the moment just before that!

Hey! thank you. It depends on on whether I want to keep the pencils/how much time I have.
If im doing a proper full piece, I will do the full pencils then use a lightbox and ink on a separate piece of paper. Other times Ill be loose with the pencils and find this lines with the ink...

That was my favorite part of the movie, too! The older versions of Superman didn't really face that issue much, what with his secret identity and all, so it was SOOOOO awesome to see this happen! Supe defending his mom!! I LOVED it! Highlight of the movie, there... And he got to show FRUSTRATION! Awesome! ;3 As far as the pic, this is wonderful! I love your lines~!

I loved that scene! I reminded me of every man who has a good relationship with his mother and how he would naturally react to a threat towards her.
