Green Tempest ranger is the embodiment of weather. However, when he isn't kicking demon ass, he's just Patrick, a 16 year old guy that just likes to take life like it is. Patrick designed Tempest Ranger and used the design to upload to his game, also sending one to his online friend RevolutionChick.Patrick controls weather in all its forms and also mans the Green Pegasus zord that is formidable in robot form or as the right leg of the Virtual Force Megazord.

Nah. Each Virtual Ranger has their own special element name. Predator, Allumier, Tempest, Spectra, Aquatech, Blizzard, and Predator-X.
