critique to the image:
This image is excellent, and I'll tell you why 
The capture is more than two ladies passing by: there is a wonderful symmetry in their pace, caught just at the right moment. The shape of the umbrella is mirrored in the sewer cover on the ground. The lips of the women catch the eye, they have a resolute and a bit snobbish look, which is enhanced - in my opinion - by the perspective you chose. The vanishing point in the frame with the buildings gathering on the umbrella is the final touch. Depth of field is excellent as well.
There is some noise, there is a flare, but to be a 3600 iso capture in a rainy and dark day...I think it is surprisingly good!

I wrote two critiques on two of your images and enjoyed doing so. Given your level of expertise it would be foolish to expect being able to teach you anything about street photo so I tried to write them with respect to how these two images impacted me at a personal level. I hope you find them entertaining if nothing else!
