Might as well kick off the new year with a right ol' BANG with another big group shot.
So I recently beat Pokemon Brilliant Diamond, and as I want to make it a theme with every new Pokemon game ever since my first team picture for Pokemon Sun, I wanted to make a group shot of my Pokemon team for my Brilliant Diamond playthrough too. Though to spice it up a bit, I decided to add in my team from my playthrough of Platinum as well. Figured it'd be thematic, and fitting for BDSP being remakes of gen 4. Of course, this means drawing myself TWICE side by side, one as a sort of mix between that Pokemon Trainer version of me I drew last year and the main character's Platinum outfit, and the other being the same concept but with the Cyber Style from BDSP... and is a midget. Because of COURSE I had to pay lip service to the chibified human characters in the overworld of BDSP.

My Platinum team features Turtletonic the Torterra, Titania the Gastrodon, Tarantino the Scyther, Tavish the Toxicroak (who yes, is based off of TF2 Demoman's first name, hence why he's half blind and drunk off of spiked MooMoo milk), Tie Fighter the Magnezone, and Tyrone the Camerupt (who be such a mood in this pic, munching the grass like a cow). Whilst my Brilliant Diamond team has Arthur Curry the Empoleon, Abigail the Roserade (who yes, is named after Abigail from Don't Starve), Argyle the Gliscor, Arcee the Skuntank (not only named after the Transformer of the same name, but is also a really bad pun for what Skuntank is), Abdul Alhazred the Spiritomb, and Anoru the Garchomp (Anoru being half of the name for a wyvern in Monster Hunter called Anorupatisu)

And yes, another weird thing I decided to do when playing through both of these, is that every Pokemon I caught in Platinum I named something starting with T, and every Pokemon I caught in Brilliant Diamond was named something starting with A...
For no real reason, I just felt like it...
