You can buy it off eBay here: [link] If you don't want to pay that much money for it, you can wait a bit. I'm in the process of scanning and translating the entire thing. But. Its 260 pages. That takes awhile XD;;

So uhh anny tips for cosplaying~? I am gonna cosplay Italy, you see. It will be my first cosplay 8D~!

Tips? That depends on what version you're cosplaying c:
My only generic tips:
1. Don't act in-character too much, instead, find a balance between your own personality and the character's. For example, when I'm Italy, i raise my voice pitch to sound cuter, and i act more innocent. But i'm still me, just altered.
2. If you're going to cosplay Italy, learn to say some cute things in Italian c: It always makes my Germany happy to hear me go "Ti amo~!" c:
