Description Another color palette but for the 90s I'm doing another favorite other than Hey Arnold, Rugrats! Loved it a lot  growing up since it came out the same year I was born haha! Done with my style tweaked in there.

Nothing against you, of course. I never liked Klasky-Csupo's wobbly art style... it always looks like the artists are drawing with the left hand while holding a shaking cup of coffee in the other.
