Circa 1991Raisa Lijauco, the F-15 Girl..
Raisa was the biological mother of Faina..
Anyways, got inspired from an Idolmaster Mecha Musume [link] and MC Axis Magazine.

Very nice work there! There are a few things that bug me though...
Where exactly does she keep these 980 rounds of ammunition? As it is, the deadly weapon looks little more than a number of pipes on a trigger activated motor... There should be an ammunition barrel, and feed somewhere...
You've got nice attention to detail on the mechanical parts, but the circles on the gun where the bolts and holes a the top are make it look a little flat (you should draw them a little more oval, long and thin, rather than circular) at least the ones to the sides anyway where the metal is bending round.
Also the direction where the light is coming from seems to have changed when you shaded the back of her hair, as the shadows there seem to suggest the light is coming from behind her, whilst the rest of it suggests its coming from the front...
Other than those small points, there's nothing really I can see wrong with it... Keep up the good work! n_n

The 980 rounds should had been on her back as a backpack or but i was too lazy to draw it..
There is a m61 with circular holes on it's barrel case like in this one [link] but i realized too late the that it's not the right Vulcan cannon. F-15s use something more like this [link]
About the light and shading, no need to advice me on that as i really suck on that aspect.. maybe my brain's too weak for to think about lighting & such

The Raisa Korovin is also a different character though i think she's in this Ace Combat prose written by ~Devil-505
Well i did a research on some of the F-15's systems. Avionics and components most would overlook but plays very vital roles in the fighter's functioning~

I never dropped it. It's just that RDFAF has always been doing the UN side, and I seriously doubt you would want your characters flying with a bunch of talking animals.

I realized a mistake in terms of pregnancy and stuff.. It should have been circa 1991~
Raisa was 16 at that time, then fell in love with an F-15 Pilot. Almost year later, she gave birth to her daughter Faina in 1992. If my calculations were correct, she'd be 16+ today in AD 2009
"Pretty young?" maybe because i'm inclined to loli style proportions when drawing mecha musume now
Yah, that's pretty much why i'd opted for F-15 in the request. Something like using her mom's unit.
I think i made the m61 a bit too tall. It's like half the length of the actual vulcan

I think mecha musume fits more with loli girls.
Somehow if i try to make them with normal proportions, i end up making the machine parts tad too big~
She'll beat her child in a missile fight if they both have advanced sensors and weapons, but still it depends on their wits~
