The concept, a revision of the last supper into this, rather than just a parody that spoofs commercialism, popular culture, or politics, man, this is something else. You've taken not only what Leonardo did but centuries of Christian tradition and upended its enigmatic paradoxes with your own. This is nothing less than brilliance.
If it were mine (and it's not), I'd have made them all women, and when I realized that you hadn't, I had to dig up a seating chart to see who got the penis. I didn't think that that was where Judas sat, but that would be too easy, wouldn't it? Then it's just another critique of the patriarchy which (with all due respect to feminist criticism) is pretty obvious. But the hand on "John" does not seem like it can, anatomically, belong to "Peter." The more I look at "John," the more it looks as if there is someone standing behind him or, if not behind him in the picture, the image of "John" could be a palimpsest obscuring someone else, who would be the actual John, meaning that we are looking, here, at Mary.
This is amazing work. The idea was genius and the execution was masterful.
I wish I could fave it one hundred times.

You're welcome. I just now came across your The Girl with the Pearl Earring , which, while not as impressive in terms of scale as The Last Supper, Lass, intrigues me very much. I won't lie: I signed up with dA to turn on mature content so I could "study" the Sword & Socery T&A, but, since signing up, I've become fascinated by the possibilities of digital art. The time-honored tradition of honoring and reinterpreting artistic themes has alwats intrigued me. A lot of my own studies have focused on the reinterpretation of literary works (i.e., Homer's Iliad and Joyce's Ulysses, Arthuriana, the Faust story, et al). Again, this is great stuff, man. Very thought-provoking.
Cheers

This has to be the most amazingly creative, digital, 3D, Poser work I've seen yet. The poses, gestures, expressions, coloring, EVERYTHING is so spot on!! Bravo!
