No matter how calm I try to be when I walk by this beehive I always pass when I walk home from school, as soon as I hear anything around me I jump like 15 feet forward and run like a sissy.
I think I saw a leaf fall from the tree above and I jumped cause I thought it was a bee.
I guess it doesn't help to add that my school is infested with bees. They're nice bees though

They really fascinate my too, I love all animals (not in the environmentalist way, just I love how unique they all are and how much better they are than humans)
But bugs I'd rather see through a monitor or screen.
But.. I suppose you're right, I'm afraid to walk around bees in fear of getting stung, yet I can walk around people. Maybe I should be more alert when I walk around people hives.
