Description So this is Ted Sprague from the hit (and Miss) TV show Heroes. Ted has the ability ot generate and manpilate a form of highly radioactive and lovatil energy. This was my part in a huge Jam by in where people draw the Heroes characters as comic sytle heroes and give them a cool comic-bookie name. Iā€™m calling out Ted here Fallout, and modled his costume after that theme. It super over due and for that Iā€™m sorry.
