This photograph was taken after one of my particularly mischevious kittens, Hodges, knocked over a glass vase containing my lucky bamboo, which was planted in marbles and water. I thought the broken glass, mixed with the marbles, helped create an interesting contrast to the roots of the bamboo; And the colors were so striking, that it created what I hope is an interesting piece...
