Here's the explanation. Eric Saade sang the song "Popular" as the Swedish entry for Eurovision 2011. This, of course, called for cross over art with Hetalia. Because Eurovision = my life is Hetalia on steroids. So I took an image of Eric Saade (this one is fairly famous, I think) and drew Su-san~
