I haven't painted realistically on the computer in a while and felt the urge to do this. Halfway through I thought about turning it into a watercolor and colored pencil drawing, but stuck with the digital as an experiment of a looser style. This is for an art show in one of our dorm's basements, and while some people may say "this is just fanart!" I drew it as if someone playing Prussia. My current work involves drawing cosplayers to show cosplay culture but also realistic depictions of anime characters. So I'll say this is okay!

I added the texture to give this a more painterly feel.

PS CS4 + Wacom tablet + several hours over several days, lots of tweaking!
