I use Paint Tool Sai and use the ink pen tool. I think I kept the default settings for it. But I usually change the size.

The way you draw hair. It's forever gorgeous. D: Very soft-looking and natural, especially with the varying line thicknesses. The eyelashes (ha, what a tiny thing to zone in on) also look great! Nice work!
