and aaa, I see!! ovo i use CSP, and similarly, the pencil tool's one of the smoothest and nicest lineart tools aa so i got a lil confused! that's still really neat, though!

you may still need PS for animations- but CSP is very very powerful and has a lot of editing tools even PS doesn't have!! it even has support for 3D stuff!!

I worry that it might be too heavy? my compu has a little too much trouble running ps, which is the main reason i started using sai aaa T uT;;;

oAo not at all, not at all! It runs really nicely. The 3D is optional, and needs to be turned on if you want to use it, but otherwise, it's actually a very lite program in comparison to PS. Barely any lag, and it works like a charm ovob Right now, I have 9 projects open with large canvases/resolutions, and it still works very nicely. (I can open about 3 in PS without it freaking out >v> ; )
Basically, Clip Studio has manga-making tools, comic-making tools, a 3D poser tool that lets you pose models and draw over them if you need help posing something, and a lot of stuff I can't even think of right now, but all of the tools are really easily accessible compared to PS.

which is why lag worries me, i feel like my compu will lag lag lag-- kaboom
and all my work will be lost lmao T uT;; i don't understand how it can handle pc games but poops itself when i try to paint in ps???
my old pancake laptop that was hotter than lava could handle it pff
