he didn't win first, so he's up for adoption! I don't know how i want to handle this pricec-wise so i'll just go for an auction.

-based on a white cheek eel

-of course, the name doesn't have to be "eel" it was simply for ref's sake

-neck/belly/tail are all slimy eel skin

-head/legs/back are all fur

-algae is growing on top of paws,neck,tail,and head
