Cersei is quite serene with the way she moves and acts. It seems as though she never gets angry. Though, she seems like she bares an aura of sorrow around her, even when she is smiling.

She usually acts very motherly toward others in her faction and takes an interest in their happiness, though she does show that she is strange and forgets things a lot. She doesn't mean to offend them when she says strange things or forgets things they've told her, but it happens quite often and many people tend to loose interest in confiding in her for it. There is an aura of dottiness surrounding her and it seems as if she is dreaming with her eyes open, in her own world. Not only do strange things escape her lips, but they also linger in the depths of her thoughts. She has strange beliefs, even in the world of the supernatural and magic.

She does seem optimistic and never gets negative. She had always thought that life had a funny way of working problems out and all you'd need to do was sit and wait. Of course, you'd need to do more than just wait, but Cersei wouldn't know. She doesn't see the hardworking side of life, unfortunately. Sometimes, she needs others to remind her of it.

Her forgetfulness often gets her in a lot of trouble, especially if she forgets important dates, people, times, etc. Sometimes, people get very frustrated with her for forgetting things and this makes her feel as though she's lost their trust or their respect. This can put her into sorrow for weeks at a time.

In the same light, Cersei has quite a mysterious aura around her. She doesn't say much and prefers to linger.

In the dark of night, the only sounds that could be heard where the gently laps of fire, hurried footsteps and hushed whipsers.

"Are you sure it is safe to bring a child here?" A feminine voice rang. The woman the voice had belonged to held a child in her arms. The quiet child was wrapped in a maroon cloth to match the robes of the woman.

"Quit your bickerin', we're almos' there!" The man answered back gruffly. He was older and dressed much nicer than she despite his harsh way with words.

The two went back and forth, the woman was worried about her and her daughter. The man seemed aloof and uncaring, he seemed to just brush her off.

"We're here."

The woman became quiet as he opened the large door to a tall tower. She gulped as she entered and looked at her darling daughter. The side of her daughter's ivory face was slightly illuminated by the fire of the torch as the child just looked at her peacefully.

The flight of stairs had seemed endless to the woman. However, to the man, it was just another walk. He had brought countless people here, it was nothing special. But the woman was abandoning her old, privileged life. One where she was constantly in hiding.

They had reached the top of the tower after what seemed like an eternity. The couple was greeted by an older man. "Ah, Rosalie Tarenlor. We have been expecting you. Is this your child?"

She held the daughter out, just a bit, just enough for the man to get a look at her. "Her name is Cersei."

"What a fitting name. Welcome to santcuary."

This new home housed many sorcerers and sorceresses alike. They had elders that taught them how to wield their magic. This was where Rosalie Tarenlor and her daughter Cersei would be staying for the rest of their days.

As Cersei grew, she grew to be quite isolated and detached from the others. She was forbade to leave the tower or communicate with others of normal descent. However, Cersei did not mind, though she did grow curious about the outside world. She had an aura of dottiness and aloofness around her. She lived in her own world and her imagination grew as a fire would. Cersei was also taught magic and could wield a wide range of it, much to her own delight.

She was taught the history of her people, the sorcerers that walked the earth. They had seemed to be there from the beginning of time. The sorcerers born of the dragon's blood were highly regarded and a rarity. The other sorcerers told Cersei that they sought this breed to have long been dead. There was not much else known about the breed other than what was told in myths and lore. This sparked an interest to learn all that she could and collect as many books as she could. She would stay up nights at a time reading them, searching for answers.

One autumn night, the night of Cersei's birthday, something sparked within the young woman. A desire to venture out of the confides of the tower licked at her.

"Mother...I would like to explore the outside world. Just for tonight. I swear I will be back." The girl pleaded, catching her mother putting away laundry in her dorm.

"Of course you can explore, my darling. Beware not to use magic, however." Her mother smiled as she cupped her daughter's cheek.

Cersei was filled with delight and was excited to leave the tower. Just this once, her hidden curiosity would have been satisfied. Hurried footsteps sounded off on the streets again. The young sorceress was met with many people, the likes of which she had not seen.

"It says right here: 'Where dreams really do come true!'" She overheard a commonfolk point on a flyer. Cersei peaked over the woman's shoulder to see a better look. The flyer was for a circus.

'Well...it is my one night in the outside world...' She reasoned with herself before she followed the flock of people making their way to the circus grounds.
