Fiiinally finished it!This is my part of a pokΓ©trade with the awesome ~polkadot-zebra ! For some reason, the eyes kept turning out really derpy every time I messed with them, until finally-- wham-bam! It no longer looks all that dazed.
Other than the fact that SAI and Photoshop decided to band together against me and make the lineart especially rough when I reduced the size (I'm... not entirely sure what I did to make it do that), I'm pretty happy with it, methinks.
...And now that I'm looking at it more, I don't think I extended the bottom of the right wing down enough (viewer's right). Darn you, perspective! I will master you, yet!

And don't worry about it! Take whatever time you need. I totally understand that drawing Pokemon is probably not at the top of your "most important" list of things to do right now.
