Percey wants your babies Starscream!..I blame multiple things for this.
1. Perceptor's voice. That lead me to reason 2.
2. [link] (someone needs to make a Percey Music Vid with that. XD )
3. Sentinel said they got Starscream's 'coding' to make the Jet twins. Which led to 4.
4. Perceptor made the Jet twins!
Therefore, with my sick little puppy mind that means only one thing.
Perceptor is Starscream's babies' mama!
Oh come on Screamer. Everyone knows nerd sex is supposed to be the best kind. X3
Perceptor is not a puppy. I was looking at his design and thought he looked rather pitiful so I wanted to use a kitty that always looked pitiful. XD So he's Scottish Fold cat

I really love how Perceptor looks here. Especially those ears and the tail. ^^
I'll admit, I thought Percy was a puppy at first what with the ears and general body shape. It looked slightly more canine than feline. I also looked up some Scottish Folds after I read your note. They're pretty cute too. And you're right. The rounded, closer-to-the-head ears suit him more than the more alert-looking pointy ears would.
