This reminds me of a either hacked game or a very early unreleased pokemon game. In Red and Blue, in the Pokemon tower in Lavender town, where the Marowak's ghost was, instead was "Buried alive" or something like that and it's sprite was like a zombie crawling out of the ground. You couldn't win( I don't think so) and when you lost it said "Mmm.. fresh meat!"

Now that I think about it, the marks on the body look similar to the alchemy marks portrayed in the Fullmetal Alchemist manga. Still, looks awesome.
