Oh my Jacob...The principle is having a plastic core running throughout the shape and moshing foam (6mm) around it.
Then shape the white thick foam with sandpaper and THEN add details with thin 2mm foam!
When finished, paint the whole thing with allround glue, solidifies the foam and makes a "hard" glossy shell!
I will talk about the mechanisms later on! ~~~~
I ran out of blue foam, had some scrap pink foam from Connors blade and bought new red foam OuOb
