**Please Note**I need to find a better way to copy my drawings to upload, my scanner has caused this drawing to look quite grainy - it is MUCH smoother in real life.)
Audrey Hepburn has always been my absolute favorite actress - ever. She is so elegant, classy and absolutely gorgeous. Some of my favorite old movies are films she was in. I actually have drawn her before, and gave the drawing as a gift to my sister. It is hanging in her house now. I've wanted to do a second drawing for some time now and post it on DA, but it took me forever to choose a reference photo! I just love all of them. But this one really stood out. I love the background of the burry window shades and the light on her face and neck is just stunning.
This is a 9 by 12 graphite drawing of Audrey Hepburn. It took me approximately 9-10 hours to draw. (I started it about six months ago and worked on it sporadically, tonight I finally finished!)

Pentalic 8b pencil
Prang 6b pencil
kneadable rubber eraser
regular eraser
tortillions
and workable fixative

if you have a high quality camera then maybe you wont have to scan your photos and if you have really big pieces you may benefit more from it.

Thanks for the tip! I do have a great camera, I need to experiment with photographing instead of scanning. Scanning picks up shine from the graphite that you can't see normally unless you hold the drawing a certain way, as well as losing quality and making them look grainy. Thanks again!
