Another character design project. Here we picked a style and made a new character out of it. I chose Zelda: Windwaker, cause I love the style so much

I designed the creature after foo dogs, saber fanged cats, and used the same process I used to create the water spirit pic I did forever ago in the same style. I wasn't sure if this would go into fan art or not... Link isn't mine but the creature is, but the style isn't mine. Are styles copyrighted? This pic is more original than fan art so I stuck it in Miscellaneous.

I had the hardest time with a color scheme. I studied the color schemes of the other spirits in the game and found they have three main colors and there's more color on the face than anything else. This looks better in black and white :/

edit again: I keep forgetting stuff. I'm modeling this thing in Maya right now. It's the first Maya class I've gotten and it's coming along ok. When I figure out how to render I'll post him up.
