AlΓ©m do contraste dos diferentes tons entre a Γ‘gua e a areia, acho que o melhor define esta foto, Γ© o belo contraste entre as as diferentes texturas.

EstΓ‘ impressionante

Esta foto ainda hoje me causa alguma estranheza quando a vejo.

Beautiful formations. Can't say if this is something at your feet, or seen from an airplane. Wouldn't bet if it's on Earth either, especially with water indeed looking like mercury.

I was about to say the bottom right corner was underexposed, but pushing my monitor gamma slightly up fixed it. Your photographs are not only technically demanding, but that's only in their favour. All in all, very nice piece.

Thanks for your comments! Really appreciated!
I have my monitor calibrated and, in fact, the bottom right corner is on the limit of visibility, but I still can see the formations. I must print this image to fully understand if it's OK.

You're very welcome. I have my monitor calibrated as well, and from a batch of prints I received yesterday seems like it's calibrated well. Wouldn't use it as any form of indication though, it's a 10 years old junk that's making me desperate more often than not. It started clipping in highlights after I pushed the gamma up (not in this particular photo though).

Oh well, photos are meant to be watched as prints anyway.

Yeah... you're right, even calibrated the final proof is the print. I'll get my first printer tomorrow, an Epson 3800, I just can't wait!
And I need to format my stupid computer that is slower than me

Wow... Thats an amazing photo The reflections are fantastic, not to mention the texture of the sand... The water looks like a pool of mercury
