Wow, this is refreshing. I love the super minimal stuff. Most of the photos i've been looking at and taking are very complex landscapes and portraits, and it's really nice to see something so minimal...
I love the square format, it's something often overlooked.
You might want to edit out some of those twigs in the backround, and dodge the area around the birds some to bring them out a bit more- just to emphasize the minimalism.
Overall, great shot! I'd love to see the EXIF data for this.
