I really like your use of gesture throughout your work. However you tend to focus on only one figure in most of your work. I think overall your portfolio would benefit from a few pieces with more complex compositions and perhaps multiple figures. Since most of your figures are centered on the page you could try cropped off figures and/or if you want to go in the other direction you should heighten the icon effect with gold, framing, etc.

if you put a mask layer so that only the background or the skin or only the clothes have the grunge look effect, i think it would look more beautiful

Wicked, beautiful and eerie all wrapped into one piece. I think the overlaying texture kinda takes away a little from the overall look, but thats jmo. Nonetheless, its very well done.
