not claiming it as my own just simply posting for people to make kick ass wallpapers and other images out of these were inside the PS3 demo that was released a few weeks ago

Yeah but you're not supposed to post things you didn't create. Especially copyrighted stuff like this. Just one of those rules they have.
Clarified here: FAQ #306: Does "Crediting" let me use whatever I want? FAQ #157: Can I use things created by other people in my submissions?
