a foto está excelente! em relação à exposição, deduzo que foi ela que te deu essa luz toda. acho que me podias dar uma explicação: já tentei tirar fotos no modo nocturno da minha camara mas ficam tremidas com um ligeiro toque que dou na camara ao tirar fotos mas uma vez experimentei alongar a exposição para 0,7 seg e parece q as luzes ficaram com uns efeitos estranhos e depois meti 1 seg e ficaram ainda piores.. não percebi muito bem. consegues esclarecer-me?

sim as luzes nas longas exposições fazem uns efeitos interessantes, parecem estrelas. Contudo nem sempre gostamos que elas apareçam nas nossas fotos. O pior é que parecem mto amareladas 
Para fotografia nocturna é essencial um tripé! ou então apoio estável como um muro. Pelo que percebi o teu problema é a foto ficar tremida qdo disparas, nesse caso deves usar self timer ou melhor ainda um cabo disparador, se a tua maquina o permitir.
Qto maior for o tempo de exposição maior será o efeitos das luzes, como tu ja notaste. Por isso fica a teu gosto consoante o que queres fazer dessa foto.
Neste caso, eu escolhi um tempo de exposição muito longo, pois queria realçar a trajectoria da água criando um efeito suave. Caso existisse algum candeeiro na foto, seria terrivel

I love how the copper of the fountain shimmers and gives the water a glow as well...one more fav from me coming your way!

The lighting here is superb, wonderfully uplit, revealing the shape just perfectly. The sky is a funky colour, lingering dusk. The choice of shutter speed is brilliant, making the water silky without fulling lose shape into a white blur. Composition is also strong, covering the frame just nicely. There is a tiny annoying white dot in the middle which could be easily cloned out. Aside from that, it's superb.

btw, that white dot is a star. in the original picture one can see a lot more of them, but teay have been faded out due to the resizing. Only the brightest one is visible now

Ah well fair enough then. Nonetheless, I think unless the sky is really starry, it's still worth getting rid of. But then, that's just my opinion
