And and smooth, lots of detail that can be made out here! The colours (even the darker tones) are nice and strong, very solid despite the dim light. What I really enjoy though is the symmetry that you've created with the composition.

Great time exposure, I really like the lights on the sides of the fountain. They really add to the flowing of the water, very beautiful, although the light (?) at the top is a little bright!
