I promised an award to whoever made the 999th comment on my blog. Somehow, the 999th comment was "lol at cirno's face." The winner got a picture of anything they wanted, as long as it was G-rated and contained Cirno. The winner asked for a picture of Cirno and Daiyousei at a Japanese-style festival, wearing yukatas.It doesn't get more generic than this.
Which is not to say it can't be awesome.

It's Patchouli at the right stall, and the three in the background are Rumia, Mystia and Wriggle, although I must admit there isn't enough detail for anyone to tell. All the others you got right.
