Weakness:
Human weakness mainly, he is not good at close combat with weapons (hand to hand he is actually not too bad at) so injuries do take a toll on him. Also, new spells backfire on him a lot. Backfires are usually successful spells but a burst of energy backlashes on him. He has only one useful eye so he bumps into things most of the time in new places. He is horribly weak to light, whether it be spells or lots of sunlight irritates him

Major skills:
Necromancy – he uses a spell to raise 2 max skeletons to do his bidding for 30 minute. But afterward he needs a lot of sleep.

Curses – he specializes in nullifying people's senses and such. His favorites are taking away eyesight and feeling. These curses can only last for 5-10 minutes.

Summoning – he can only summon will o the wisps, which he uses to slightly burn people, lead them away or just when he needs some light. He can summon 1 at a time for an hour since they are small.

Minor skills:
Illusion magic – he can only create an illusion to scare people for max 10 minutes, he usually uses them after he figures what scares people the most. Limited to 2 a day.

Spell Canceling – when facing other spell casters, he can deflect their spells if they are the same energy level or lower. He can do this up to 5 times a day. If he tries to deflect stronger spells, he gets a back lash of energy.

Able to take in lots of new information and remember it

Personality:
Daniel gives off a first impression as a quiet guy who may help you if asked. He doesn't usually has much to say but he can be far from quiet sometimes if you push the right buttons. He can be pretty apathetic but empathy can arise for people he comes to care about. He gives on an unapproachable impression. He loves dark magic, curses, potions and necromancy. He loves to study things that interest him and gets lost in reading books most of the time. Other things he likes are cats, soft things, and spicy foods. Dislikes are sweets, light, and swords.

History:
Daniel's parents were both very powerful wizards that excelled in healing. He was born with a defective right eye and his parents tried to heal it but it ended up absorbing any magic. So he just keeps it closed all the time. Contradicting his family, Daniel loved anything dark. His parents weren't keen on him studying dark magic but he would give a fit if told otherwise. He got criticized by his two older twin brothers for this abnormal behavior but he found ways to make them leave him alone. His oldest brother on the other hand, encouraged him.
He often went downstairs to study his books alone and his parents decided it was for the best to send him to school to study what he loved. He didn't like that idea at first but soon warmed up to the idea and agreed. Only thing he did not like as he left was leaving his pet cat behind.

-he is African, so that's his second language
-he is usually in his 'human' form but changes to 'monster' when he does more difficult spells
-knows hand to hand combat (though not the best at it)

-Example: Daniel stared up at his ceiling in complete boredom, his hands propped behind his head. He turned his head just a little to eye all the magic books scattered about on the floor. Sitting up, he rolled his shoulder, the one that got burnt during the maze. With a sigh, he rolled off his bed and moved to get himself something to eat.

-Roleplay Schedule: Most active during day and evening. Pretty lenient with any time.
