Again...not happy with the classification. Mixed media as I was HIGHLY offended by what scanners do to hand inked images. OI. Digital coloring of background and some minor cleanup. All else is traditionally drawn and inked.A birthday gift for my little Man. He's turning 9 and is playing soccer in school this year.

Some shades can disappear in the scanning. Most of all, blame it on the hardware.

I expect part of the problem is due to the light streaming through the paper. I'm going to experiment a bit with a thicker pad behind the artwork, to see if I can get a better result.
Damn scanner.
