Item Description: A wooden doll with a head made of a gold sculpted tiki mask, and a large jewel set into the forehead. Each hand clutches a miniature iron torch, which bears ash marks from being lit with fire.

Case report: Multiple victims found murdered in bizarre and violent fashion at the Lebeau Mansion casino. The primary victim related to this piece of evidence was burned alive and set the rest of the manor on fire while attempting to put themselves out. Careful examination of the body reveals defensive wounds on the hands, and abrasions on the legs caused by an object of similar form to the torches.

Witness report: The only surviving witness at the manor claimed the doll named "Congo" burned the victim alive at a distance by breathing fire on them. This occurred after chasing the victim through several rooms and beating them with the torches, also spreading fire to multiple rooms in the process before the final attack.
The witness claims that they were able to stop Congo by throwing it in a sink filled with water, which did not damage it, but seemed to put out its fire and incapacitate it. Despite being made mostly of wood, they claim that Congo is immune to fire, and analysis is being done to determine if it is coated in a flame retardant material.
