Job Description:
Ethan is a tailor and clothes designer and is well known all over Marseine for his work. When it comes to his job, he doesn't care if the person is a rebel and royalists. Every costumer is the same for him.

Expertise:
Since he was little he had perfect eyesight and accuracy. His parents would say that, that he had eyes like a hawk. When fighting from a distance, he will always has the advantage over the opponent. In his job, it benefits him when he needs to do very precise stitch work and sticking close to detail.

Weapons:
Ethan was never the fighting type. He always prefered to talk things through when they did not sit right. That's why he does not often fight with weapons. He will throw needle from distance and use a wire to choke someone if necessary. All of his needles differ in size from as thin as a syringe to as thick as a crochet. The smalles one are soaked in poison for paralyzing and damage over time effects. Most of the time they are not very venomous, and none of them are lethal. Each poison has an antidote, but to get it is not always cheap.

In ranged fights he will always have the advantage, but when its a hand to hand fight, he'll prefer to walk away and let other people deal with it.

Accessories:
x Gloves- he never likes taking off his gloves. Ethan will only remove them for tailoring and sleeping. His hands are very sensitive.
x Pocket Watch- his most treasured possession. He got it from his Grandfather.
x Needle and yarn- always has a roll with him. He will jump at you, when he sees a loose button. So becareful if you're around him with worn out clothes that need patching.
x Glasses- Was a welcome gift when he got back to Marseine.

Personality:
Ethan is bold, and is never scared of telling someone the through right to their face. Still, he would rather tell a lie, not because he doesn't like confrontation, no, it's just fun for him to tell lies.
He learned this kind of behaviour very early on in his childhood. His best teacher was his own father. Dark humor is his specialty, but when he is at work, Ethan is a lot friendlier.
If he had to describe his character, he would say: "nice, courteous, loyal, honest, helpfull, thoughtful and simple". In truth, it is the exact opposite of what he would say.

For the tailor, accuracy is top priority. If he has something in mind, he will work on it till the very end. He is quite the charmer with the ladies, nobody knows exactly why. Most people think it is because his grandfather loved to flirt with every woman he saw. One of the things he learned to do quickly is analyze people, and can judge their measurements almost perfectly.

History:
Ethan grew up with both his parents and his grandfather. The old man was one of the well known tailors in Marseine. Because of the close connection he had with his grandfather, it was clear that he would follow his footsteps. As a young woman, his mother was a rather talented singer and performed in various noble households and entertainment sites. When Ethan's father met his current mother, it was pretty much love at first sight. The romance was filled with temptation and passion that it was no surprise that Ethan was born early. His mother stopped her career so that she could be around to nurse her son.

His mother married his father who was a duke of another country and because of that his visits to his grandfater were few. Ethan's mother loved traveling and would bring her son with him wherever she went. During such travels, the young boy experienced many different cultures and fashion. Why Ethans character became the way he is now, was the fault of his father. At 19 years of age, he came back to Marseine and took over the shop of his grandfather. As a welcome gift, he got a pair of glasses. The glasses are not so much for eyesight (considering his is perfect), but more for looks. It makes him appear sharp and professional, really only for show.

Purpose:
His grandfather was always a rebel of sorts. He could not get along with noble people very well, especially when they asked for clothes. Always so picky! That is one reason why Ethan himself refuses to take on the royal side, like his father. Not to mention he did not like the taxes which cost him when buying imported materials and such.
