Because dude, my very old Phineas and Ferb fanart is still the most popular part of my gallery even after years
. I thought I'd see just how my current stuff compares, especially now that I can actually draw what I see in my head (... most of the time). This is what I was going for the whole time! This is probably the last P&F thing I'll do... I have no mojo for the show anymore 
but you never know. Also a bit of practice painting over lineart. No real attempt, and I love lineart now, but it's good value/saturation practice.

Aah, thank you!! I have to admit, when I got around to painting his fluffy hair I thought of you

You thought of me? I feel honoured xD i'm thought of when people colour fluffy hair =w= Or that just meant you though "Beth should do dis :I" either way, its always nice to know when ones not forgotten 
And I will at some point xD at the moment I'm painting a picture of a friends face cuz I realise how much I need to practice colouring :I
along with an art exam which i'm REALLY gonna enjoy doing!! Aaagh! dbkjdahlfad! I want to tell you about it next time you're online! xD *giddy jumping* (I was close to asking for your help the other day cuz its your kinda stuff at the moment but i'm managing it :3 )

I did! I recorded one fella and I have two more sessions scheduled these next two weeks. Until then it's background painting and constant unending, unrelated animation to prop up my portfolio a bit. *HEAVY SIGH*

I've already said how much I like this on tumblr. (I've been horrible at checking dA lately) but I just wanted to say it again. You've come so far and I just love getting to see the old again the knew.
I just hope I didn't gush too much about it being Phin, because like I said, I may have fell in love with the Phineas and Ferb stuff at first but I'm forever glad that I took the time to look at your other stuff. :3

Aaah thank you! X3 I'm just about to reply to your tumblr post too (I had a uni lecture to attend x'D). It means so much to read your comments- especially when they're about original work because very few people move beyond the fanart I've done :3 and while I always appreciate those comments too, having someone actually interested in my own stuff is so fantastic and awesome. And you always take the time to talk with me! It's amazing.

And I'm glad to hear that it matters. I just wish I could get through more of my inbox so I could get to more of your stuff. I know I kinda latched onto Hannalore but I dunno something about her just fascinates. Honestly I would talk about her even more but sometimes I feel like a creeper for liking a character so much after not only getting but so much info on her. (another testament to how much I like her. I'm actually pretty picky about character and I usually start off just meh but she just stands out for some reason)
But I digress, I was actually worried I was focusing on your fanart too much! I remember the last time I really checked in a saw some sweeet super jail fanart but I was like noo don't gush over just the shows and stuff I know. >< but I'm getting rambly, oh so rambly. X3 (forgive me, but I'm just coming over from tumblr and your lovely comments make he happy, combine that with it being oh, 5:30 in the morning in the states and me having no sleep since early this morning and I've become giddy bordering on hyper.)
But anytime you just wanna chat art, non art, just hit me up! in fact since I've been on dA more consistently lately I'll take up my own advice and just bugged you more often.

No way! There's probably nothing more flattering or satisfying than talking about an OC. It's seriously one of my favourite things to do and the fact that you've related to somebody I made up makes me feel feelings. Wonderful warm fuzzy feelings

Making you feel feelings makes me have feelings. (lol if that even makes any sense)and that does put me at ease, and will probably only encourage my behavior so you've been warned. XD
and I hope you've gotten a chance to get some rest! I remember what its like having weeks like that. Weirdly enough I still manage to have weeks like that even while not being in school or having a job lately. (mostly paperwork for enrolling in another school and dealing with student loans but yeah.) Though aside from Monster high I'm generally into a lot of different things with no particular preference so expect me bugging you about the various shows and what not that we have in common! I don't think I've mentioned half of them yet that I've seen from you.
Don't worry about it. I'm actually pretty sucky at it to. in fact I'm downright shy. but I've been trowing myself out on some limbs lately and I haven't fallen out of the tree yet! So I think I'm getting better at it. (and if I were to continue with my poor tree anaology I'd say you turned out to be a fine sturdy branch that's just super supportive.)

Ha! You pretty much described my process when I'm hoping for a message from you! and I have already let the encouragement go to my head. Boy did I ramble up a storm on tumblr! I had no idea how long I made my reply until a actually finished reblogging. And I didn't even mention everything I wanted to because I knew I'd have a message on dA to. I'm terrible. XD
I'm glad you're sleeping again. I've ruined my own schedule but I have no one to blame but myself but I got an interview at a job I'm really hoping for so no better motivation than being able to pay some bills and maybe have some pocket change afterwards.
And unfortunately I've only ever heard of mash but I love some older stuff like I love Lucy, so since I never have a problem with older stuff in general I'll give it a go someday when I don't have such a ginormous list of stuff my friends want me to watch.
And while I'm being bold (because anything besides saying something looks great is bold for me.) if we ever find time we should rp one day. I love your character concepts and the way you think about things, and I have a nice little collection of purely original characters I've been working on since early middle school, and lately a few more that start as background characters for other rps but have taken on lives of their own. (actually I was thinking about drawing some hannalore since I've wanted to for forever and I thought of drawing her with one of mind since I think they'd glare at each other a lot and I dunno, I just like serious looking characters. I'd love to see how they'd actually interact one day)
But all that being said if we ever get the chance, it doesn't have to be hannalore. I love a lot of your other concepts to. :3
And I will! I'll bring all my comics and snacks and a warm cozy blanket and make it my secret getaway.
(I still have no idea why people don't think I'm a creeper when I say things like that but oh well, don't turn away a good thing.)
And I'm just rambly. I ramble about the stuff I like and people seem to take a shine to it. then I find out we have stuff in common and then you're just stuck with me.
