Earlier that day Luna and Celestia had been turned to alicorns with a spell only a few knew.. they had officially proven themselves and where now going to be given their role to the mortal realm. Luna was still upset with her sister but her parents had spoke then Celestia.. so Luna kept her anger inside as she prepared for the ceremony her mother had been speaking of. Luna paced in her room and looked at her dress.. it was lovely but she was now worrying about what would happen.. her wings flicked out a little as she paced. after a little Luna flicked her tail and got dressed.. it was time..

Luna walked into the living room, it was still awkward to have wings so she had folded them close in an uncomfortable way.. she sighed as he mother walked over.

"You look beautiful Luna.." she smiled and put a wing on her shoulder "I hope you're excited for today"

"I am.." Luna said silently and Evening Veil nodded "alright, we'll be heading to the throne room" Luna nodded and followed after her mother... she pressed her wings closer to herself as she reached the stage.. Celestia stood near her and glanced at her before rolling her eyes as Luna gave her a soft glare.

"Citizens of Radiantia" Evening Veil called as she landed in front of the golden crown that outlined the stage front Luna looked around and spotted her and Celestia's cm's on the wall "Today I am proud of my two daughters as they have proven themselves worthy to ascend and rule a new location" Luna's eyes widened.. she had no idea this was coming up and her anxiety was increasing.. but Celestia started walking over so she followed her sister until they both where at their mother's sides. Radiantia citizens where muttering in the crowd and Luna glanced down at her glossy hooves. "Celestial Sun, Lunar Tides.." Luna looked up at her full name "From this day foreword you will be the queens of a new land.. Equestria" Luna's eyes widened more, she'd only heard legands of Equestrian magic changing alicorns appearances.. its how her father got his water like mane and how her grandmother gained her ability to manipulate the time of day.. but no pony she knew ever lived there.. what would happen to Luna?

"Thank you mother" Celestia dipped her head to her mother and then stepped foreword, extending her wings "I will make Radiantia proud" a few cheers rose up.. Luna inhaled slowly and extended her wings a little.

"I too will do the same" she said with false confidence, Evening Veil noticed and carefully hugged her with her wing

"I know you both will.. may the dinner party in honor of these two begin" Evening spoke loudly and many cheers arose, Luna let out a sigh of relief and prepared to leave the stage to find something sweet to eat.. maybe a warm cupcake would do...
