The shadows, the lights, the contrasting soft blushing youve got the subtle little dots of white light under the eyes, the lines look better coloured, the way youve dont the hair although its not high in detail its got kind of movement and shape and kind of texture, but not texture texture... just the way youve got all the whispeyness... I also like that youve kept the black lines on the blue, it makes it stand out - which i find appropriate because its clothing, and therefore would be a layer on top? If you get what I mean, lol. I also really like the colour of the eyes, its really bright but darker than I'd expect you to do them... I tend to see more bright, sunny colours, this blue is more of a royal blue, but I do think the shoulders are maybe a little bit too small compared to the size of the head, this isnt very noticeable in this though.
