Oh, there is vast improvement here. The face is drawn a lot more realistically and the hair is simply beautiful. The only thing is that the breasts don't look very realistic. It would look fine if she was wearing a shirt over, but they wouldn't look like that on their own. However, that is a minor detail and the overall picture is still wonderful.

Thank you. I wasn't too sure on how to get them to look realistic when you can't see the shells keeping them up or anything. But its something for me to work on on next years version :'D

A vast improvement! I especially like how you've gotten a very water-like flow to her hair, and how her body seems more connected.
One note, you may still want to practice a bit on the breast area. The way you have them drawn now, they look like they are being puched up with a corset or something.
