Lol I cosplayed as Burgh.I don't want to do a big thing describing this but I am anyway. This is the quickest last minute cosplay evar. Another one of those Manga & Anime Nights, and I thought, let's strike while the Poke-iron is hot!
My hair is too long, Burgh doesn't have a Snivy (it was the closest I could think of, I don't have any Bug plushes)
Aww yeaaah.

I see why this is a last minute cosplay. You are right about Burgh's hair, plus it should be a little bit puffed, like the acutal character.
