That's the thing of the PMD Editor
If you are waiting to get parts that perfectly fit the model I suggest you to just use 3DCG stuff.
The fun of PMD editor is on make the part fit the model, and if you can't do it well you have to try and try over and over again util you get it, obviously beeing aware to don't mess up bones, joints of physics, otherwise you won't become good at making models
