Mission Nuestra Señora de la Bahía del Espíritu Santo de ZúñigaGoliad State Park, Goliad, TX
Just down the road from Presidio La Bahia (famous site of the Texas Revolutionary Battle of Goliad and Goliad Massacre). This Mission was established in 1722 (and moved to the current location in 1749) by the Franciscan Priests during Spain's colonization of South Texas for the conversation of the indigenous populations to Catholicism.
