its easy to tell. look at their nose shapes, face shapes, their smiles, their heights and their voice
Oliver is taller and always has spikey hair with a deeper voice

^^ I guess I havn't studied them closely enough, I think if I did I would be able to tell! I'm a jedward fan and I can never understand how people can't tell them apart, so I know how you feel!
